Drip Irrigation is an easy and affordable way to provide water and nutrients to
growing crops. It uses less water by placing it where the plant can easily get it.
The first consideration is your water supply. If you use a pond or stream, you
need a
pump and water line. Whether or not  you want to add fertilizer from
either a pump or well, a
filter is needed to assure your dripline doesn't get
plugged and before using the water, its pressure must be
regulated. The water
then goes through a
header line, through fittings, and into the dripline.
If you are a beginning gardener or have a small garden, a
quick kit will get you
going much easier.
