| Good, fast, cheap - In business it is said, "Choose any two". If you want it good and fast, it won't be very cheap. If you want it cheap and fast, it won't be very good. We have chosen to provide good and cheap which means, in busy times, we won't be very fast. Most of the seed and supplies get here in January. We will start to ship orders as soon as we can. The first 4 months of the year, we maybe 3 weeks or more behind in filling orders. We were raised in Christian families that taught us to get in line and wait your turn. We do understand that every once in awhile, unforeseen events require a more speedy response, and since we truly want happy, repeat customers, we will do whatever we can in those instances. We do believe in those case, a $5.00 rush charge is appropriate. Please note: If patience is not one of your strong points, please do us and yourself a favor and get your seeds or supplies elsewhere. The busiest 4 months we will be behind in filling orders. We have a day crew and an evening crew working. In the past, we have worked all night without sleep to try to keep some of you happy and still got chewed out. Our health is worth more than that. |
