Organic Kohlrabi
KOHLRABI Approximately 8,000 seeds per OZ.
CULTURE: Kohlrabi prefers cool temperatures. Does best in a rich, well drained loam soil. Sow seeds 1/2" deep, 1"
apart as soon as soil can be worked in spring. Sow again in mid-summer for a fall crop. Thin plants to a 5" spacing.
Harvest when the bottom of bulb reaches 2-3" diameter. Use the same as turnips. PKT size. Winners F1 1/128 oz
Rest 1/4 oz. You will need 1/4 oz per 100' 4 lbs per acre.
EARLY WHITE VIENNA
56 days. Light green, very
smooth skinned bulb is
ready when apple size. Flesh
is creamy white, tender
and has a mild flavor.
