104 days. When all your other stored onions have turned to
powder, you'll still be enjoying
Copra. The best storage
onion and unequaled leader in hard storage types. Adapted
to long-day areas, it is a medium-sized, round,
dark-yellow-skinned onion with ivory flesh. The thin necks
dry quickly. In storage trials, Copra was as sound and
flavorful in the spring as when freshly harvested in the fall.
High in sugar and moderately pungent, Copra makes
excellent French onion soup.

diameter. Stores up to 60 days. A red
Candy onion.
Shallots Like garlic, shallots are formed in clusters of offsets with a head
composed of multiple cloves. Their skin color can vary from
golden brown to gray to rose red, and their off-white flesh is
usually tinged with green or magenta. Shallots are much favored
by chefs because of their firm texture and sweet, aromatic, yet
pungent, flavor. The shallot is a relative of the onion, and tastes a
bit like an onion, but has a sweeter, milder, yet richer and more
complex flavour. Shallots tend to be more expensive than onions.
They can be stored for at least 6 months.

AAS Vegetable Award Winner -'Super Star' is an improved white
sweet onion recommended for all spring gardens in North
America because it is day length neutral.  Most onions require
long days (over 12 hours of sunlight) or short days to bulb.  'Super
Star' does not have this requirement so it is widely adaptable.  If
transplanted early, 'Super Star' onions can weigh one pound or
more, when mature in about 100 days. Resistant to pink root,
'Super Star' onions are exceptional when eaten raw, in salads or
sandwiches.  'Super Star' is milder, sweeter and larger than 'White
Sweet Spanish', the closest comparison. Must be ordered before
4/15. Available in case lots only. 2 week leadtime needed.
