PEPPERS                 Approximately 4,000 seeds per oz.
PLANTING; Start seeds indoors 7-8 weeks before transplanting outdoors. For a home garden use Jiffy 7's or flats with inserts with a
good soil substitute, like Berger BM-2. Place 2-3 seeds per pot or cell. Keep soil moist, but not wet. Germinate at 80F. After
seedlings emerge, reduce temperature to 70F for the first 21 days. From the 22nd day and on until transplanted outdoors, reduce
temperature to 60F for strong healthy plants. Plants should receive as much sunlight as possible. Plant outdoors as soon as soil
has warmed up and all danger of frost is past. Place plants 12-18" apart in a single row or a double row staggered row if planted on
plastic mulch. Keep soil moist, but not wet. Do not let soil dry out, as peppers do not forget and will short you on total yield.
HARVEST; Pick first peppers promptly when they reach full size or matured to full color to encourage future fruit set.

Pepper Aristotle F1
73 Days. Aristotle is a very widely used and very widely adaptable green to red, blocky bell pepper with tremendous yield potential and
thick walls. Its extra large, dark green fruit and heavy sets have impressed growers everywhere. Aristotle’s vigorous 20-24 in. plants offer
good protection to the fruit and have intermediate resistance to BLS (races 1,2,3), PVY and TMV. The plants are also free of
antocyanins, which helps prevent purpling on the fruit during periods of stress.

BIG BERTHA F1
73 days. Very large sweet hybrid bell type pepper.
Fruits are mostly 4 loped, thick walled, smooth,
elongated shape. Medium green, turning to red at
mature stage. Seed maybe treated.

BELL BOY F1
70 days. 3-4 lobed. 4.5X3.5" bell pepper that starts out
green and then turns red at maturity. Treated seed.

CALIFORNIA WONDER
75 days. Smooth, blocky, 3-4 loped, 3.5" X 4.5" sweet bell
type pepper. Fruit has thick walls and is glossy deep green
turning to red when mature. Popular home garden variety.
Untreated seed.

GOLDEN CALWONDER
72 days. Very similar to California Wonder, except
fruit turns a nice yellow color when mature. Fruit is
smooth and a glossy color. Untreated seed.

JUPITER
66 days. Large, blocky, four loped, thick walled sweet
bell type pepper. Thick green fleshed fruit turns to a
nice red color at maturity. Seed maybe treated.

KING ARTHUR F1
70 days. Produce high yields of blocky, 4 1/2"square
peppers that turn from green to a bright red. Thick
walled fruit has 3 to 4 lopes. Sets well in heat.
Compact, upright, 20-24" plants have excellent
cover. Resistant to TMV, potato virus Y, bacterial
spot race 2 and tobacco etch virus. Treated seed.

LAFAYETTE F1
75 days. The large, blocky, fruit turns from green to
yellow without streaking like some
yellow peppers do. Will out yield Aladdin. Fruit is very
firm. Resistance to Bacterial leaf spot race 1,2 &3, and
strip. Treated seed.

ORANGE KING
90 days. Blocky, thick walled, 3-4 lobed. 3 1/2 X 4
orange colored pepper. Great flavor. If you want to add
some color to your sweet bell pepper mix, this is the one
to do it with. Untreated seed.

RED BULL F1
75 days. Sweet bell, green to red. Medium large
plants with excellent canopy and heavy sets of 4 lobed,
blocky, smooth, and large fruit with thick walls. Excellent
shipping qualities. Resistance to BLS races 1, 2, & 3.
Fruit may be slightly elongated. Top performance
in UC and U-FL variety trials. Untreated seed.

REVOLUTIONf F1
72 days. Produces large to extra large 5" X 5" fruit.
Medium tall plants yield a green to red blocky fruit. Has
been noted to have early maturity with concentrated
fruit set. tolerant to phytophthora, BLS (races 1, 2, 3, &
5), and CMV. Treated seed only.

PURPLE BEAUTY
70 days. Short bushy plant has lots of leaves to protect
fruit. 3-4 lobed bell type fruit is purple from the start.
Sweet, mild flesh is thick walled. Maybe treated.

SWEET BANANA
65 days. Fruits average 5.5" long by 1.5" tapering to a blunt
point. Flesh is medium, thick walled, light yellow
and turns to a red when mature. Untreated seed.

SWEET CHERRY
78 days. Sweet, cherry shaped fruit is red in color when ripe.
Bushy upright, 20" plant bares great quantities of fruit.
Untreated seed.

SUNBRIGHT
75 days. 5"x7" fruit with thick walls. Starts green and
turns to a nice yellow color. A high yielding pepper
great for home gardens or a roadside stand. Untreated.

X3R RED KNIGHT F1
57 days green, 77 days red. A big and early
pepper for a jump start on the market place!
Excellent fruit quality in the red stage. Widely
adapted. Strong plants are 20-24" tall with
resistance to Bacterial Leaf Spot races 1,2 & 3
and Potato Virus Y. Untreated seed.

YOLO WONDER
78 days. Top quality sweet bell type pepper with well
shaped, blocky, 4 lobed, thick walled fruit. Green to red. A
wonder pepper for a home garden. Untreated.
