BURGESS BUTTERCUP 110 days. Best flavored of all the winter squash. Thick, low fiber, orange flesh cooks dry and taste a lot like a sweet potato. Fruit has a deep green skin, flecked with gray. 4-5 lbs size with a Turin shape.

DELICATA 100 days. This is a very uniform squash, producing elongated 7-9" fruits with a creamy colored background striped and flecked with green. Sweet tasting and requires no curing. Stores great.

VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI 90 days. Produces strands of flesh that can be eaten like spaghetti. Bake fruit for 40-50 minutes. Cut open and rake out flesh with a fork. Flesh looks and tastes like spaghetti with out the calories. Cylindrical yellow fruit is best at the 8-10" long.
