High tunnels work great for getting a jump stat on early crops such as tomatoes and strawberries. No electric needed. Packages includes: single layer, 6 mil 4 year poly (4 yrs against sunlight deterioration), C-channels w/stainless steel spring wire, drop curtain along with mounting hardware & winches, 3 rows 1.315″ 14 gauge galvanized purlins, 2 3/8″ dia. 14 gauge galvanized arches and 13 gauge ground stakes. These come with a 12′ cross brace/ W Trussed are available at https://www.morgancountyseeds.com/product/w-truss/. These units are built to order so they can be customized to fit your needs. MCS Tuff high tunnels are one of the strongest built on the market. The kits that we sell offer extras that usually aren’t sold with other kits. An easy to understand instruction manual is included when we deliver or you pick up the unit. If you run into a snag while building, feel free to contact us and we will walk you through the problem. High tunnel warranty is limited to manufacturing defects. If you build this structure like we recommend then there shouldn’t be any problems with the structure other than the usual wear & tear that building receive during their lifespan.
We are the original retailer of Zimmerman high tunnels. We still sell the Zimmerman high tunnel except that we have refined some of the parts that hold it together. We have added extra parts so that you do not have to buy anything extra except your tools. We are MCS Tuff High Tunnels and Greenhouses.

ALUMINUM EXTRUSIONS FOR POLYCARBONATE
END BOW WIRE LOCK
Used on end bows. Bends with curve of bow and needs to be
Tex screwed every 12″. Cut polycarbonate to fit curve of bow.
Slip polycarbonate into flange. Roof poly fastens to C-channel
with stainless steel spring wire. 8′ long. Can be UPS or Fed Ex
SINGLE h CHANNEL
Used on ends of polycarbonate sheets. Screw on with Tex if used
on metal or Screw10 if wood end walls. 8′ long. 1 1/2 lb each.
DOUBLE H CHANNEL
Used to join two pieces of polycarbonate together.
Screw to steel side walls with Tex screws or
if attached to wood, use Screw10. 8′ long. 2 lb.
ALUMINUM TAPE
Used to tape bottom holes of polycarbonate to
keep out moisture and insects. 2″ x 150′.
VENT TAPE
Used on top end of polycarbonate to vent heat or moisture.
