After soil has warmed up to 65F and you can till the soil, plant seeds 1″ deep, 2-3″ apart in rows 15-36″ apart. Harvest after sorghum has matured and before frost. Cut stalks, remove leaves, press juice from stalks. Boil juices until sweetened to taste. 3 oz seed per 100′ of row. 1.5 lbs per acre.
