Steel Doors
The steel doors that we offer are made from 1 1/2″ square tubing and covered with 8 mil double walled poly carbonate. They come with hinges attached so that they are ready to hang.

ALUMINUM EXTRUSIONS FOR POLYCARBONATE
END BOW WIRE LOCK
Used on end bows. Bends with curve of bow and needs to be
Tex screwed every 12″. Cut polycarbonate to fit curve of bow.
Slip polycarbonate into flange. Roof poly fastens to C-channel
with stainless steel spring wire. 8′ long. Can be UPS or Fed Ex
SINGLE h CHANNEL
Used on ends of polycarbonate sheets. Screw on with Tex if used
on metal or Screw10 if wood end walls. 8′ long. 1 1/2 lb each.
DOUBLE H CHANNEL
Used to join two pieces of polycarbonate together.
Screw to steel side walls with Tex screws or
if attached to wood, use Screw10. 8′ long. 2 lb.
ALUMINUM TAPE
Used to tape bottom holes of polycarbonate to
keep out moisture and insects. 2″ x 150′.
VENT TAPE
Used on top end of polycarbonate to vent heat or moisture.

Used to protect poly from greenhouse bows. 1″ x 48′.
MIGHTY BOND TAPE CLEAR

Trusses
All the bolts, connectors, and metal to turn your normal bow into a W-Truss. May be done on every bow or every other. Count the number of total bows and subtract 2 to get the quantity needed or the inside exposed bows. You may choose to do every other one.

Tufflite- Greenhouse Film
Tufflite IV™ is a high quality, 6 mil, 4 year greenhouse plastic covering. Tufflite IV™ is available in various widths and lengths in standard 4 year.
IR film has an anti-drip additive that reduces condensation build up and an additive that disperses light and helps delay the exit of heat.
The use of lumber treated with ACQ or PVC products voids all warranties.
You must pick a combination of the 3 options. Not all options are available.
Not all sizes of Dripless are in stock. We can get some other sizes you need with or without Dripless coating at a higher cost.
