Description
The fragrant leaves are traditionally used in cooking, particularly for lechon and roasted chicken.[8]
The dried leaves can also be brewed into a tea, either alone or as a flavoring in other teas, imparting a flavor reminiscent of lemon juice but with a mild sweetness without significant sourness or tartness.

The Fenugreek/Methi I ordered from you is growing great! I’d never grown any before, but I watched some YouTube videos about how to grow it and everything is going really well. I pull their pots into the garage if it gets down to freezing or below outside, but they’ve actually handled the cooler temperatures very well. I imagine that they would be a little bit taller if we had hotter weather at the moment, but all things considered, I’m very happy with my seeds and how they’re growing. I look forward to having my own homegrown fenugreek seeds! Thank you, Morgan County Seeds!
